The Experience part that was added is to show if the content produced shows firsthand life experience about the topic that is being discussed.
4. Zero Click Searches
As more of the searches are being made through mobile, the quicker you get to satisfy the user’s intent, the quicker they would consider your business in their purchasing decision or consideration of services to use. Accelerated Mobile Pages (AMP) to load mobile web pages faster.
More and more search engines are optimizing their algorithms so that you get instant search results, featured snippets without even necessarily having to visit a website. If your business falls into the space of zero-clicks you would most likely be considered first. A snippet is a small piece of text, containing about 150 characters that will show you the search result before you even click on the link or website’s URL.

The industry is at a crossroad. SEO still remains a cornerstone of digital marketing. Outdated strategies are left behind as the way information is processed and shared, we too change the way we approach SEO. As with the Internet, digital marketing is forever changing. As advances are made in technology, so too does it happen with SEO. In order to keep up to date with the latest changes you need to readjust your SEO strategy as a digital marketer and the way that you approach SEO.
SEO algorithms are becoming more sophisticated as with the advancements of technology, it is becoming more user-focused with how searches are carried out. With the changes in algorithms, if we look at where we are midway through the year, quite a few changes have already taken place since the beginning of the year.
There are various AIs and chatbots around, various interfaces or platforms to speed up the working process. As mentioned before, Google’s algorithm changes a few hundred times in a year.
